At Nurtured Life Balance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your very first order. You may request a refund for one bottle of any product within 60 days from the date of your first purchase.  This guarantee applies only to your first order. Subsequent purchases or recurring subscription orders are not eligible for a refund.  If you purchase a bundle or multiple bottles in a single order, the refund will apply to one bottle only, representing a one-month/30 day supply.  Refunds will be issued minus any shipping and handling fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties.

 

To qualify for the guarantee, we ask that you use the product as instructed to allow time for the benefits to take effect. If you follow the recommended usage and still don’t experience results, simply reach out to us at support@nurturelifebalance.com to request your refund.

 

Please note:

Refund requests outside of the 60-day window cannot be honored.  Once a refund has been issued under this guarantee, you will not be eligible to purchase the same product again from our store.

 

Nurtured Life Balance reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at our discretion.
