At Nurtured Life Balance, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in the original packaging
  • Be returned within 60 days of the delivery date

Please note that due to health and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless there is a defect or quality issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nurturedlifebalance.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@nurturedlifebalance.com for assistance.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the indicated processing period, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
